Our 30-day return policy applies to all purchases, whether or not you opt for Checkout Plus (Free Return). You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange, store credit, or refund through our return center and return the product(s) to us. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
To qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, your item must meet certain criteria: it should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds to the original payment method for sale items.
Return Requests and Deadlines:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@snatched-body.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you will just need to share with us a couple of pictures showing the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bundle Refunds:
If you purchased a bundle and wish to request a refund, all items included in the bundle must be returned together. Partial returns from a bundle will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping & Processing:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is sent to the return address provided by the Snatched Body Support Team and to cover any associated costs. If the product is sent to an incorrect address different from the one provided by us, Snatched Body will not be responsible for any charges related to correcting the mistake, nor will we provide a refund or exchange for any products not received by our warehouse.
To help us process your return quickly and efficiently, please provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the product back to us. Providing the tracking number ensures that the product is delivered to the correct address and that we receive it in a timely manner. Failure to provide us with the tracking number may result in our inability to process your refund or exchange, as we cannot confirm receipt of the item.
Checkout Plus returns Program:
Please note that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the product is sent to the return address provided by the Snatched Body Support Team using the prepaid return label we provide. If you choose to use a different shipping method, Snatched Body will not be held liable for any shipping costs, lost packages, or additional charges you may incur.
Damages and issues:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@snatched-body.com. To assist with a resolution, provide clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and offer the appropriate solution, whether a replacement, refund, or store credit.
